Warranty Policy

Neuftech products come with a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product fails under normal use, Neuftech will provide free repair or replacement services.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures.
3. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or environmental factors (such as liquid damage) is not covered.
